He has done his MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and his B.E degree from the Delhi College of Engineering. At AON Hewitt, he started his career as a Sales & Accounts Leader for the Asia Pacific region. He quickly rose through the ranks to become a Client Development Leader (China and India) and eventually Partner, a position he has held now for the last 2 years. Prior to AON Hewitt, he has worked with Dr. Reddy’s Labs and Lurgi, Inc.

3. Mr. Manoj Varghese, Director, Facebook

He joined Facebook India in 2010. He is an engineer from the prestigious NIT Calicut while specializing in Electronics and Communication. He did his MBA from XLRI in 1997 and specialized in HR and Industrial Relations. Prior to Facebook, he has worked as HR Director (Japan and Asia Pacific) for Google and has some previous experience as the HR Director (India). He also had a two year stint at Dell and a stint at Infosys before that.

4. Mr. Raj Nehru, Associate Director, IBM

Mr. Nehru has held many leadership roles in HR in IBM, since he joined in 2005. Before that he has worked for about 10 years in Anand Group. At present, he serves as India Business HR Leader at Concentrix: Synex Corporation after divestment of Global Customer Support Business to Synex Corporation worldwide

5. Mr. Rajnish Datta, Senior President & Head-Human Capital Management, Yes Bank

Mr. Rajnish Datta serves as Senior President of Retail Branch & Business Banking – Human Capital Management at YES BANK Limited since April 2010. Mr. Datta served as Country Head, Retail Assets of Yes Bank since May 2006. Prior to joining Yes Bank, Mr. Datta was with American Express Services India as Executive Director. Ravi heads the business for South and West of India and also heads Domestic Money Transfer for Western Union in India. He has about 18 years of experience and prior to joining Western Union has worked with leading business groups in India like Xerox, TATA and Reliance. He has held leadership roles across domains including sales, business development, customer service and marketing in these companies. Apart from managing the International money transfer business for South and West of India, Ravi has been instrumental in launching Domestic Money Transfer for Western Union in India.
